Sample QR Code Activity
The students will follow the links provided by the QR codes at the bottom of the page. After reading through and participating in different activities on each webpage, the student will write a reflection based on what they have learned about Da Vinci.
Students. Imagine that you are living in the Italian Renaissance and your mentor is the great Leonardo Da Vinci. Your first task is to do as much research about Da Vinci as you can following the QR codes that are provided at the bottom of the assignment. After learning about your new mentor your task is to write a reflection to your family back home in Florence explaining who Da Vinci is and what some of his greatest achievements have been. After reflecting on Da Vinci, talk about what it takes to be an innovator such as Da Vinci and the specific skills required. Minimum of 300 words.

Da Vinci Activity
The use of QR codes can bring multiple page presentations to a simple and short conclusion. Having a device that can relay a quantity of information without taking up space is a major key for not only teachers but the rest of society in general. Within the activity above, a good example of three different websites that are used and instead listing each specific webpage the QR codes make it simple and easier to find what is needed to complete the activity. QR codes are a perfect example of simplifying the workload as well as creating an easier way to find what is necessary to complete a project.
